For families with younger kids, we offer our Passover Family Seder on Shabbat, 23 April 2016 at 4:30 pm.

Security:

Guests must send a scan of their valid passport or ID card (page with the picture) to office@beth-shalom.de immediately after their online registration. This ID needs to be presented at the entrance. Unfortunately due to security reasons, we cannot admit guests without a valid ID.

Beth Shalom members are kindly asked to bring food (Kosher for Passover1 and dairy/parve) for a plentiful and festive buffet in line with our good tradition at Beth Shalom.

1 Kosher for Passover prohibits the eating of Chametz (wheat, oats, rye, barley, spelt) and dishes based on these grains, e.g. bread, cookies, noodles, cake, couscous and cereals, as well as food containing such starch during Passover. Beer, whiskey, corn schnapps and most vodkas are also prohibited. Vinegar must be Kosher for Passover. Beth Shalom follows the Ashkenazi tradition and therefore the consumption of kitniyot (peas, beans, lentils, peanuts, soy, rice, corn) is not welcome at our community centre, however kitniyot are not Chametz.

We need volunteer help for both Passover Seders. If you can help, please contact office@beth-shalom.de or +49-(0)89-76702711.
