Beth Shalom relies on the commitment of its members and on donations.
Many important developments within the congregation would not have been possible without this support.
Donations sustain daily life and make the future possible: they support worship services, educational programs, and cultural events, while creating space for further growth. We appreciate any support.

Donations for community life
Would you like to support us in:
• practicing and teaching religion in the spirit of Liberal Judaism,
• preserving and carrying forward Jewish cultural heritage,
• supporting those in need with practical help and advice, and
• honoring the memory of the deceased?

In Memory
Yizkor Plaque and Yahrzeit
We commemorate the victims of the Shoah and the deceased family members of congregation members in our synagogue with a Yizkor plaque.
Donations for the synagogue
We have successfully engaged the world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind for the project to rebuild a Liberal synagogue in Munich; he has created a design for a synagogue and community center for Beth Shalom on the municipal site at Am Gries. To acquire the property from the City of Munich and secure public grants, Beth Shalom must cover a significant portion of the project costs itself. For this reason, the Beth Shalom Synagogue Foundation was established to seek sponsors and donations and to promote the Liberal synagogue to the public.
